Who wants it hard and fast? Or long and slow?
I'm favouring the former now.. Partly so we can crack on.
That said the Italian chap on Newsnight last night suggesting that £20b was 'peanuts' is everything wrong with the EU. They see us as a cash cow. I would have hoped they'd be trying to play the long game and drawing us into a 5 year reversal and all terms kept.
