I haven't. But I just came off the 'phone (about another matter) with an ex-MEP who has.
He just told me that the EHRC's reference to interference from the LOTO's Office was specifically when cases were in the public domain, against a background of media attention and accusations of the Party dragging its heels.. And that the interference was the LOTO's Office asking for a speeding up of the process of deaing with them and it asking what additional admin help was required by McNicol's people responsible for processing cases.
Is the ex-MEP right? Is that the interference of which the report/you speak?
