to be honest it was before the storm had erupted, and everyone at the meeting was quite shocked. The meeting was being chaired by a young and inexperienced vice-chair in the absence of the chair. The next meeting was opened with a statement from the chair that such language and behaviour would not be tolerated. If we had known then what we know now, then a formal complaint would certainly have been raised.
