conclude that is what Israel is perpetrating.  It's telling that Israel refuses to recognise the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, which prosecutes on crimes and contravention of Geneva Conventions.  

Andrew Feinstein lived under South Africa's apartheid and knows it when he sees it.  Even the ex head of Mossad recently, publicly, admitted it's what they've instituted (albeit he limits his geography to the illegal occupation of the West Bank, when most argue it applies everywhere under Israeli control, in different ways (see examples in this thread).
