It's my birthday. You'd think my capricious friend Insomnia would have made allowances.
HID was asking last night, so I checked: 2:40am at Struan Lodge, Dunoon, Argyllshire. Yes, I am in the Scottish clique.
I shall be back later with some info, for those interested, from an insider wot knows summat about Sir Starmer's apparent shyness.
