The fine print is pretty breathtaking. Trump is the chairman of the board- not the President, Trump. Furthermore, the chairman can dismiss any member, at any time, for any reason. Additionally, the chairman can never be replaced or removed. Basically, give Trump a billion dollars and you get to be his friend until he gets tired of you.

It's the most shameless grift yet, but the media really isn't looking into it. Understandable, given everything else that's going on, but a shame nonetheless.
