The case for the apartheid claim - as per international law, rather than direct comparison to South Africa - is one I don't know enough about.
Giving myself a quick reminder this morning, the case for is strongly put by WarOnWant and Amnesty.
Yet I wish they would at least present a summary of the more sensible Israeli rebuttals, which I think seem to hinge on the defintion of the term "occupied territories", in the Gaza Bank at least.
Unfortunatley a lot of other rebuttals don't seem to go much beyond distractive and nonsensical accusations of antisemitism. Oh, and we're back with Braverman again.
