posted on 25/6/2020 09:03I am assuming that the Telegraph article you mentioned at the start is topical/about lockdown etc - Gramsci.

So it is not an extreme example at all to ask you: Do you think the restrictions we were under in April and May were reasonable, i.e. state compulsion?  Or should we have relied upon individuals "to make sensible choices"?

And what do you do when individuals make bad choices rather than sensible ones?
