The continuous debate around reversing Brexit was a total waste of time and money, which allowed everyone to become distracted from many many other urgent issues. One of which was the lack of build up of recommended PPE.

Everyone who wasted 3.5 years of their lives trying to reverse that decision needs to consider that they may have contributed in some small way to this sad state of affairs.

Likewise all the handwringing now after the event, with hindsight, also benefits nobody.
