This:
Articles 10 and 11 of the European Convention of Human Rights (ECHR) protect freedom of expression and freedom of association. The Human Rights Act 1998 brought the ECHR directly into UK law....
... Article 10 will protect Labour Party members who, for example, make legitimate criticisms of the Israeli government, or express their opinions on internal Party matters, such as the scale of antisemitism within the Party, based on their own experience and within the law.
(And BTW Chris Williamson is not a member of the Labour Party. And BTW is there summat wrong with supporting the Palestinan cause for human rights?)
